Located between Braine L'Alleud and Waterloo and circled by three roadways: Chaussée de Mont-Saint-Jean, Victor Hugo's avenue and Rue du Charon; the site is surrounded by a crown of trees that shall not be touched and that will form a "green screen" between the new building and the surrounding houses and roadways. The project consists on a residential building, with 61 apartments responding to a large range of demands, privileging apartments with 2 to 3 bedrooms. With a sober but contemporary architecture the building is composed of three "wings" oriented: North-West, North-East and South-West; forming a "star" shape in the middle of the field. The different materials composing the facades have been chosen in a way to remain discrete and to allow the building to blend into the landscape.
