Aria Building - Ravenstein 36

The transformation and enhancement of the Generali building is a major project. In this project, several existing elements are described as exceptional. This is true of the street façade, with its bronze shop windows, monumental door and stone mouldings. The above-ground renovation project aims to bring the building into line with new standards of comfort and energy efficiency, while preserving its original architecture. Identical replacement of the façade is an important measure for preserving the aesthetics while modernising techniques. The basement renovation is a major structural transformation: the existing rehearsal room of the Belgian National Orchestra will be transformed into a more spacious rehearsal room, identical to the Bozar concert hall. The offices will be fitted out in a modern, modular way to meet the needs of the occupants.

The building has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental performance.
