After the success of phase 1, the developer Equilis decided to trust us to continue the study and development of the next 3 apartment buildings as part of the PCA Merbraine in Braine l'Alleud

The project includes 31 apartments in total, aiming for “high standard”. Over the years, Montois Architects has developed extensive experience in the art of creating spaces. The smart layout and arrangement of the apartments makes it possible to offer quality accommodation and increased comfort for future occupants.

The architectural expression is integrated into the continuity of the first phase, notably through its size, its shape and the materiality of the facades. A contemporary and sober architecture which aims to be discreet in a green environment.
