This project, located in the Leopold district enjoys visibility on two streets (Joseph II and Commerce Street). It offers 3700 m² spread over 5 levels. The facades are treated with sobriety, for the sake of balance between white stone and glass limiting solar contributions. A wooden element gives energy to the building facades building, protects from the sun and creates a focus at the angle formed by the two streets. The energy performances of the building are studied in order to obtain a building "low energy" (K39).
