The project is composed of two housing blocs (702 and 703) The project will be constructed on the property of the SNCB; the buildings will rise on top of the new parking cover-slab, on the perimeter concerning the subdivision permit of Courbevoie, located at the entrance of the City of Louvain-la-Neuve. Buildings functions are mainly residential for a total of 105 housing units between both buildings. They offer a large range of choices, mixing classic apartments from 1 to 3 Bedrooms, studios and bigger apartments with 3 to 5 bedrooms aiming "flat sharing" for students. A few spaces are also provided for office renting on one of the buildings ground-floor. Architecture, building shapes and materials; have been studied in a way respond to very "high quality energy performance"; Reaching "passive" level for at least 8 apartments. Regarding vegetation, the plants provided for the landscape's development, have been chosen to offer a diversity of flowering throughout the whole year.
