The project consists of a transformation / partial reallocation of office building to housing lofts kind. A set of 20 lofts on 4 levels, and the roof is assigned as lofts terrace to the last level. On the lower floors, recessed terraces are recreated to decorate lofts that are between 110 and 240 sqm.
