renovation Belliard 93 is the extension of the Montoyer building also designed by the Bureau Montois in the 90s and occupied by the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Council. This project developed for the Belgian Financial Investments offers a total space of 2,815.60 m² over 9 levels and a technical floor. Located at the corner of Rue Belliard and Rue du Remorqueur, the building is organized around an open atrium and over 8 floors. It will ultimately showcase its future occupant representation within the European Institutions.
