The project involves the renovation of an existing building (garage Renault), to install on the ground floor a LIDL store and a parking reserved for customers.
The store is composed of a sales area with negative rooms and bakery.
A night reserve, a day reserve, social premises and an unloading dock covered and closed by a sectional door.
Upstairs, the old offices are transformed into housing. Breakdowns and volume changes are made to offer a more attractive architecture.

 

The main structure is nevertheless maintained. A new wing is complete to close the volume with the right side as the existing ground floor.
The 19 units benefit from a private parking of 23 places accessible via the existing ramp and a servitude of passage on the ground floor. Each accommodation has a cellar.

 

These elements are placed in an existing volume covered by a roof of exceptional character that will be maintained in part.
The second part of this volume is demolished in order to offer a landscape roof to housing.
A large part of the housing benefits from a private garden giving access to community infrastructures. The housing is accessible from the street by two newels located on the road from Mons and Allée de Flins. Each of the kernels is equipped with a local bins and a bike room on the ground floor.

 

Skylights are placed on the roof to provide safe natural lighting for parking.
Specific access control will be put in place to avoid unauthorized parking.
The waters of the exceptional roof are directed to an EP tank which will ensure the maintenance of the gardens. Rainwater from other roofs and terraces is largely directed to a 57m³ retention pond before reaching public drainage.
