Site de la Tannerie

Located in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, in an urban context, the « Site de la Tannerie » will host a new residential building. Composed of seven independent residences for a total of 88 quality apartments, with a wide range of choice going from studios to 3 bedroom apartments. All in immediate proximity on the City's Center. Façades are dressed by a dynamic and rhythmical architecture privileging verticality. The diversity of volumes is obtained by playing with punctual withdrawals and advances.
