Ideally located at the doors of Namur and along the Meuse river, the project consists of 2 buildings built around a square. It offers 140 units (including one equipped for PMR), surfaces for independant professionals. There is also a restaurant focused on the Meuse whose towpath will be redeveloped to contribute to the extension of the Ravel and to provide a friendly place to walk. Particular attention has been paid to acoustic comfort and thermal insulation. Techniques and materials used meet high environmental standards.
