Listed building part of a complex built between 1928 and 1930 by architect Michel Polak . Originally, the building was converted into a very well equipped for its time housing . It has since been deeply renovated.The renovation involves the reallocation of all 57 units ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms with terrace, with all the comforts required today. The 2nd and 3rd floors , facades and stairs are classified and were restored to the same. At this level, an apartment will be fully restored in the old time configuration. The other apartments kept their '30s decorations and were redeveloped to provide a level of comfort and finish very high standard finishings. The project has been developed in close collaboration with the Monuments and Sites and the Royal Commission of the Brussels Region to reach a good compromise between the standard of living today and constraints linked with classification of the building. Its total area is 7672 m² on one level Trade + parking , 1 level basement and 7 levels of housing.
